New season. New hardwood. A new updated design will greet the Cavaliers players and fans at the Quicken Loans Arena when they host the annual Wine and Gold scrimmage. New details include a new black border, which replaces the blue, in relevance to the same black jerseys the Cavs had worn in Game 7 of the NBA finals. The Cleveland skyline that was staged for the past two seasons, has been replaced the teams sword logo along the mid-court line. A state of Ohio design appears along the sideline at mid-court, flanked by the team’s DNA statement “All for One. One for All.” Those lucky to get an up-close look at the DNA statement will notice the names of Cavaliers Wine & Gold United members (the team’s year-round season ticket based club) written in the letters.
Here is a preview of a pregame court projection from last season. These hype videos and projections with frequent flame gets out Cavaliers and our fans ALL IN and game ready!!
Here is a look at a hype video, personally one of my favorites!
My personal opnion, with this new court design, I feel as though every time these players step on the court they will remember the blood, sweat and tears of the Finals. They earned that trophy. They earned it for Cleveland. Still to this day I am still shocked that we won… As the new season approaches in 24 days I am looking forward to the losses and additions the Cavs have established this season. Will they repeat?
